Welcome to Boy Scouts Troop 165! Troop 165 is an active and registered unit with the Boy Scouts of America, Sycamore District, which is part of the Blackhawk Area Council #660 based in Rockford, IL. American Legion Post 171, Crystal Lake, IL, charters Troop 165. Membership in Troop 165 is open to any youth that meets the membership requirements of the Boy Scouts of America and is willing to abide by Troop 165 Policies and Proceedures found in the Troop 165 Handbook.
